What we collect

When you book a room, we ask for your name, email address and phone number so we can confirm your stay and reach you if plans change. Any special request you add is stored with your booking.

Your browser, not an account

Krishna Palace does not require an account. To show you your own bookings under "My Stays", we set a single, random identifier in a cookie on your browser — it is not linked to your identity beyond the bookings you make from that browser, and it is never sold or shared.

Who else sees it

Booking details are shared with our email provider solely to send your confirmation and cancellation emails, and with the hotel's own front desk to prepare for your stay. We do not sell guest information to third parties.
