Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled.
Standard policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancelling within 48 hours of check-in is charged the first night's room rate; the remaining nights are refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
No-shows
A booking not cancelled in advance and not checked into is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
How to cancel
Open the booking under "My Stays" and choose "Cancel Booking". A cancellation email is sent to you as soon as it is processed.
